How to apply for a learner's driving license?
- Go to Online Services on the Parivartan Sarathi Portal, select DL Service, and then select State.

- You can apply for permanent DL within 30-180 days of learning DL.

- Click on New Driving License.

- Fill in the details here select the date of examination and pay the fee.
- Then on the chosen date, you will have to go to RTO and give the permanent DL test.
- In case of passing the test, the driving license will be issued at the address given by you.
